Once your payment is processed, you’ll receive a link to download your files directly from Etsy.
You can also access them anytime by going to:
Your Account > Purchases and Reviews > Download Files
Can I return or exchange a digital item?
Because digital items can’t be “returned,” all sales are final. If you have an issue with your file, though, please message me—I’m happy to help!
I’m having trouble downloading or opening the file. What should I do?

Do I need a Canva account to edit the files?
Yes, if the item includes a Canva template, you’ll need a FREE Canva account to customize it. No paid subscription is required!
Can I print this multiple times?
Absolutely! You can print your download as many times as you’d like for your own personal use.
What if I accidentally delete or lose my file?
No problem! You can always re-download your files from your Etsy account under Purchases and Reviews. If you need help, message me!
Why can I not download my files on the Etsy App?
