Accessing Your Template:
-Check your email, allow 5 minutes for your order to process from Etsy to Templett before you get it.
- This email is sent to the email address you have on file with Etsy. The email is coming from Templett.
-Clicking the access link will take you to a page in Templett where you will need to confirm your account details and set a password for your account.

Do I need to download any software or fonts?
Nope. The Templett software is FREE and all fonts are accessible when editing your templates in the Templett app. You don't need any special fonts downloaded on your computer. We have tons of available fonts to choose from.
Is there any way I can try out templates before making a purchase?
Absolutely, we have demo links available in each listing to test out every template before you purchase. You can see exactly what is editable and what the possibilities are with your favorite templates.
-Look for the DEMO link in the Item's Details (below the photo) if you're on a phone or tablet you cannot access this feature. You need a desktop or laptop to see the design area.

How should I have my item printed?
Our templates are some of the only templates on Etsy that have unlimited possibilities when printing. The Templett application allows you to export your finished file in so many different ways. You can print right at home or take your exported PDF or JPEG file to any print shop. We have options for trim marks, bleed, and even options to save paper when printing at home. We've got you covered.

How to print Multiple Files on ONE page:
Download as a PDF. A box will pop up asking if you want to "save paper" and/or "add trim marks."
The Save Paper option in the PDF download option does exactly what it's name implies. It saves paper by putting as many designs on a sheet of paper as can fit.
For example, if you have a 5" x 7" invitation, we'll put 2 on a page in the PDF. If you have a 3.5" x 5" thank you card, we'll get 4 on a page in the PDF. If you choose this setting, we'll calculate as many as can fit on the page and lay them out accordingly.
How to use the Save Paper option
-Click the Download button in the top right corner of the screen.
-Select PDF
-Switch on the Save Paper option
-Click Download
That's it!
How to upload a photo:
You can upload images that you can then add to your templates.
File types supported: You are able to upload JPEG, PNG, and SVG files.
File size limit: The max file size for image uploads is 5mb. Please be sure any images you upload are smaller than that.
How to upload images:
-Click the Elements pane on the left side of the design area.
-In the Elements pane, either drag and drop an image file into the upload area or click the upload button, then select the image files from your computer.
-Once the file has been uploaded, click or drag the image to add it to your template. It will be added to the current selected page (if the template contains multiple pages).
That's it!
How long will I have access to my template(s)
You have a full year from the purchase date to access your template(s).
Do you need a certain program to edit?
Nope, you will get an access link (in an email from Templett) within a few minutes after you purchase it.
Once you click that link, you'll get free access to my program (Templett) I pay for it, so you don't have to.
You'll sign in with the email address you have on Etsy (as your username) and create a password. It's that easy.
