Do you send a draft prior to shipping.
Every order is sent a draft prior to shipping.
First when I complete your print with the customizations you send with your order and then again with any changes.
I do ask that you carefully choose your customizations as I try to limit changes after I send your draft due to time allowances given by Etsy for me to complete your order.
I do require that customers approve or request changes on their draft within 24hrs after I send it.
The sooner changes are made the faster I can ship your order.
Can I request my own ideas for prints?
Absolutely. I love when customers have their own ideas or requests based off of a current listing.
I cannot promise I can make the changes that you request however I do work with the customer to try and come up with a more personalized print that they are looking for.
Please message me first and I will let you know if I can make the changes.
How long does it take to complete my order?
It generally takes about 48hrs or less depending on how many orders I am working on.
I aim to have orders completed and emailed if digital or mailed if a print within 48 hrs.
Shipping generally take 5-7 days and up to 10 in some areas. However you should allow up to 14 days.
If you have not received your order in that time period please message me. I am not responsible for mail delivery however I will work with you to make sure you receive your purchase and in good condition.
Orders are sent oversized letter mail using Canada Post in Canada or USPS (Chit Chats) in the USA .
