I will be more than happy to offer refunds on purchases before the order is filled, excluding instant downloads. Because of the nature of my products, refunds will NOT be issued after the designs have been e-mailed or instant download listing has been purchased (regardless of whether or not the file has actually been downloaded).

If you are not happy with a personalized invitation/order, please let me know! I am willing to work with you and understand special situations. Also, I take great pride in my work and do my best to fill every order perfectly. However, I am human and not immune from making an occasional mistake. Please let me know if there are any issues and I will do my best to rectify the problem.

PAYMENT: Because of the nature of this business, payment is required before any proofs or drafts will be e-mailed. All personalized invitations and custom designs are sent as a first draft ready for approval. Unlike most design companies and Etsy sellers, you can request an unlimited number of changes until you are happy with the final design.

DESIGN APPROVAL: It is the Buyer's responsibilty to proofread and approve the content and the design of personalized/custom orders. Printastic Design is not financially responsible or accountable for any errors to the content or design that may have been overlooked during the approval process.

SHOP TURNAROUND: Listings in my shop are for digital files only; nothing physical will be mailed to you. All personalized invitations/designs will be e-mailed within the posted Turnaround Time listed in the " Shop Announcements" section on my Etsy home page. Since all posted Turnaround Times exclude Sundays when Printastic Design is closed, please add 24 hours to your Turnaround Time if you purchase a listing over the weekend. It is the Buyer's responsibility to check the posted Turnaround Time against any deadlines or time constraints you may have.

CUSTOM ORDERS: Custom designs/requests usually take longer, and are therefore excluded from the posted Turnaround timeframe. Please notify me if you need a custom design/request within a specific timeframe, and I will try to accomodate your needs.

RUSH ORDERS: Please let me know if you need something before the posted Turnaround, and I will see if I can accomodate your needs. INSTANT DOWNLOADS: Many designs are offered as digital files available for instant download through Etsy (no waiting for e-mails with large attachments!). When an instant download is purchased, please note that no physical items will be mailed, no additional digital files will be e-mailed, and no refunds will be offered. By purchasing an instant download listing, the Buyer is licensed to use the file for personal, non-profit, at-home use, limited to one (1) event/party. Buyer may not share, e-mail/mail, copy, reproduce, upload, or otherwise transfer any files, with or without financial gain, to a separate third-party for use.

THIRD PARTY PRINTING: You are welcome to send/upload/e-mail the files to an online printer or local copy store for personal printing purposes only.

PRINTING AND SHIPPING: I am now offering professional printing options on invitations and select printable designs. Please contact me for a price quote on printing, and include quanitity and shipping address. It is the buyer's responsibility to proofread and approve any designs; Printastic Design is not financially responsibile for any errors to the text or design that may have been overlooked during the approval process. Once the buyer has approved the final design, printing orders will be printed and submitting for shipping within 72 business hours. A tracking number will be provided once the order has been mailed, after which Printastic Design is no longer responsible for the delivery and condition of the order.

FILE FORMATS: I can e-mail my designs in practically any file format to meet your printing needs (JPGs and PDFs being the most universal), except working editable PSD and AI files. All INVITATIONS are initially sent as high-resolution JPGs, unless otherwise requested. Once you approve the final design, you can also request a PDF ready to print multiple designs per page. All PARTY PRINTABLES are initially sent as a PDF file ready to print on 8.5" X 11" paper/cardstock. You can request a different file format for printable designs, but an additial modification fee may be charged depending on the extent of the request.

WORKING PSD/AI FILES: As a policy, Printastic Design does not sell any working Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign files, graphics, or templates. Purchase of a listing does not imply that the buyer has the option or right to these file formats.

CROP MARKS/BLEEDS: Professional printing services often require special crop marks and bleeds on the design. Please let me know your printer's specifications and I can modify the design to fit these requirements.

TEMPLATES: Online printing companies and specific printable products (such as Avery brand DIY stickers and labels) often provide free downloadable Photoshop templates. Please let me know if you plan on using this method and I can modify the design to fit a specific template.
