I was easily able to get in contact with the seller and she sent me another one. It was made and shipped quickly, in time before the last day of school. All designs are applied with very high heat and pressure so the towel will fluff some with washing. Please wash with cold gentle wash. NO BLEACH NO FABRIC SOFTNER Low Tumble dry.

Can I see a proof?
Yes, you can see a proof, please request it at checkout and I will be happy to send one. A proof may hold you up from getting the towel ship on time. I do send proofs if I have a question sometimes. So please monitor your messages through Etsy. If you do NOT approve the proof within 24 hours after I send it I will ship the towel with the proof provided.
