It all began with a simple Mickey ear design. I tinkered away, perfecting the fit and details, wanting to create something special for my own kids. Fueled by passion and a sprinkle of pixie dust, I launched Printed Pixie Dust. What started as a kitchen table experiment has blossomed into a space to share my love for Disney and 3D printing with the world.

Keep the magic sparkling! Here's how to care for your 3D printed ears:
Store them in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and heat.
PLA plastic is durable but can become brittle in extreme heat. Avoid storing ears in hot cars.
Wipe clean with a damp cloth if they get dirty. Avoid harsh chemicals.
The headband can be spot cleaned with gentle detergent and air-dried.
Use a soft, dry brush (like a toothbrush) to gently brush away any surface dust or debris caught in the hooks of the Dual Lock. You can use a can of compressed air to blow away any particles trapped in the adhesive. Never submerge the Dual Lock in water or use any harsh chemicals, solvents, or adhesive removers. This can damage the adhesive and compromise the hold.
Return Policy
We want you to be thrilled with your magical 3D-printed ears! However, due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on any customized or personalized items. We will gladly exchange your ears if they are damaged upon arrival. To be eligible for an exchange, your ears must be unworn.
Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, detailing the damage to your ears. Please include photos of the damage if possible.
We reserve the right to deny exchange requests if the damage is deemed to be caused by user error or improper care.
We are only responsible for covering the cost of return shipping for damaged items.
Mistakes happen! We accept cancellations within 2 days after placing your order.
Can you make a set of ears without the bow?
Looking for a minimalist style? No problem! Our ears come in a variety of styles, including designs without bows or other centerpieces. During checkout, just select "None" under the centerpiece option.
Do I need to purchase a headband?
Yes, ordering a headband is recommended unless you already have one that works with 3M Dual Lock.
Here's why:
-Our ears are designed to attach specifically to headbands using 3M Dual Lock for a secure fit.
-We can't guarantee they'll fit into other shops' headband systems.
However, if you have a headband at home, you can absolutely use that instead of purchasing a new one from us. Simply select "None" under the headband option when ordering.
Care instructions
For best results, gently wiggle the ears when removing them from the base. This prevents the base from detaching from the headband.
