Frequently asked questions
Damaged Items When Received
If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch ASAP. Send me a message along with clear photos of:
the damaged item
the packaging
the shipping label (with your name and address visible)
This helps me assess the issue and contact the relevant shipping or print team. Once reviewed, I'll offer a resolution — this may include a free replacement, refund, or another fair solution depending on the situation.
Returns
All my prints are made to order, so I'm unable to accept returns for change of mind. Please double-check your selection before ordering.
Refunds
I do offer refunds or replacements for:
printing or quality issues or rare cases where something went wrong on my side
We don’t offer refunds for:
delays caused by the shipping carrier or items damaged in transit (though we will send a free replacement)
Late/Delayed Deliveries
Sometimes shipping delays can happen due to couriers or customs, and unfortunately those parts are out of my control. I'm only able to offer refunds if the carrier officially marks your parcel as lost, but I'm always here to help you check on its status.
Print/Colour Quality
If your item arrives with a printing error or fault, I'm happy to offer a free replacement or refund, just message me with the details and include photos.
Please note that colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen. This is due to screen calibration differences and does not qualify as a fault or reason for return.
Incomplete/Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address carefully before completing your order.
I can’t offer free replacements if an incorrect or incomplete address was provided. If the order is returned to us, we can re-send it but the customer will be responsible for re-printing and re-shipping costs.
If the item is with your local post office due to address issues, you'll need to collect it or update the delivery info with your local carrier.
Cancellations
Cancellations are possible only if the order hasn’t entered production Once the item enters production, we can’t guarantee a cancellation — even if it hasn’t been marked as dispatched yet.
Christmas Holiday Shipping
Orders placed between 22nd December - 4th January will still be processed but with delayed shipping due to the holiday period. The delivery estimate is not always a guaranteed date due to the increase on the postal services so please allow a few extra days on top of the delivery estimate beef getting in contact.

USA - 10th Dec
EU - 10th Dec

Orders placed after these dates may still arrive but are not guaranteed. Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates to help guide you around busy seasons like special holidays so packages can take a little longer than expected.
Still Marked As In Transit
Delivery estimates aren’t guarantees — especially during peak seasons. Please wait a few extra days beyond the estimated timeframe before reaching out.
Therefore I don’t always send replacements for orders still in transit, as it often causes more confusion and duplicated shipments that arrive too late anyway.
I can’t issue refunds unless your parcel is officially marked as lost by the carrier.
