📭 Marked as Delivered but Not Received?
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received the package, please follow these steps:
1. Double-check your mailbox, porch, or surrounding areas
2. Ask your neighbors or building staff – sometimes packages are delivered nearby by mistake
3. Contact your local post office with your tracking number for more information
4. If you still can't locate the package, please message us with confirmation that you've completed the steps above, and we’ll assist you further

To purchase more than one item in a single order, follow these steps:

2. Clearly enter your custom requests in the Personalization box (refer to the example if provided)
3. Choose the quantity you’d like to order
4. Click Add to Cart, then either:
- Click Keep Shopping to add more items
- Or click Proceed to Checkout to place your order
