Dear Clients,

During the period of this unprecedented situation, purchasing online is the recommended way of buying the products you wish to have. Their measurements for safety have become much more efficient all over Europe and in my city. Currently, there is no problem to send packages to any place in the world that accept parcels from other countries.
I’m sympathetic to the situation and I’ve taken personal safety measures. I go only twice a week to the Post office of my currier. The standard delivery is done via the currier’s flying services and in most cases, there’s no need for a signature. In some parts of the world, there may be a delay of delivery (this is entirely dependable on the laws and precaution measures or restrictions of your city)
All express orders are taken care of, packaged of and sent with priority.
Safe production/packaging/shipping process is my top priority. I am strictly following strategies and measures recommended by the CDC and public health departments.
All of the orders are made and packaged in my home studio, which also helps me and my family to avoid direct contact with other people. If there is any change in the situation and your package cannot be shipped, due to reasons beyond my control, you will receive your refund. Protect yourself and your loved ones!

When will my item be ready, and my package sent and delivered?

In December there is often a delay in deliveries. After 1st December, I cannot guarantee standard delivery before Christmas (Especially for shipments outside Europe). If you need it for a Christmas gift, please choose Express Delivery
Please, if you have any questions - please - contact me, I will answer as soon as possible.
The estimated time frame of delivery for standard dispatch:
USA – 20-45 Business days
Canada – 10-25 Business days
Australia and New Zeeland– 10-25 Business days
Germany – 5-10 Business days
Greece and Romania – 4-10 Business days – All shipments are sent via carrier service that requires the recipient’s phone number.
Europe – 10-15 Business days
All other countries – 10-30 Business days.

Do you offer Express Delivery? What is the estimated period for delivery?

Yes, I do. I offer Express Delivery with DHL Express.
Estimated time ((2-6 Business days)) for delivery for Express packages is different and is estimated according to the location and address of delivery.
If you‘d like to pay for Express Shipping, please be sure to include your phone number in the message box in the messages to the seller. This is a requirement by the carrier, in order to provide a fast and safe delivery service.

How was my package sent? When will it arrive? How can I get it?

Some packages are sent via priority mail and can be taken from the post office with a signature from the receiver or an authorized third party. If the postman cannot find you at home, at the given address for the order, he/she will leave a note for you, and you will need to go to your local post office and pick up your package.
Your shipment will remain at the post office for 15 days (fo priority shipments this period is only 3 days). The package will stay at the post office for 15 days, but if you don‘t pick it up within that period of time, it will be returned back to me. I can‘t take responsibility for the client not getting his/her package in cases like this. The responsibility for picking up your package is yours entirely.

Help! I accidentally typed incorrect, incomplete, or old address!

In case you entered an incorrect address and noticed that after the payment, please contact me immediately!
We have a short time frame for processing your order and shipping the package. That’s why it is best to contact me as soon as possible, as to check if there is still time for adjustments.
I bear no responsibility in case you provided a wrong, incomplete, or an old address, and you did not notify me before shipping.
After shipping the parcel, I have no control over it and cannot make any corrections of the recipient's address.

Shipping Address

Please, enter your address only with Latin alphabet characters and numbers, and without any additional symbols – like an asterisk, quotation marks, and other hieroglyphs, because adding such could result in an error when printing the address and it will make it difficult for the scanning machines in the post offices. This will also, result in a delay in delivery.

I received a damaged item

If you received a damaged item during transportation, I will send a new one, of course. All of my packages travel with insurance. In order to receive a new item, there are several conditions, required by my insurance company that must be met:
1. Contact me within the next 48 hours after receiving the package.
2. Send me two pictures:
- a picture of the damaged item. The picture has to show the damage to the product and the design on the product.
- a picture of the package. The picture has to show your tracking number and address on the package.
Messages with requests of replacement or refund, sent later than 48-hours after delivery and without photos of the damaged items and packaging, will not be processed further.

What do I do if the tracking page says “Delivered” but my package is missing?

If it says “delivered” next to your tracking number on the tracking page but you haven’t received your package and you can’t find it, you need to contact the carrier and ask them what happened to your parcel. If it is marked as “delivered” I can’t do anything else on my end. I can’t reship a new item for orders that are finally processed and marked as “delivered”. If the tracking says that the package was “delivered”, to me that is a valid proof that the package has indeed arrived and was delivered to the recipient.

Why is my order late? There is a delay during Black Friday, Christmas and New Year’s Celebration.

The average time, from the day your parcel is dispatched to day of arrival to you, is 1-3 weeks. However, due to the post office or customs delays, as well as weather and national or local holidays, a package may be delayed for up to 30 days. Your item is considered ‘lost’ after it hasn’t arrived for 35 Business days from the date it was dispatched on.
If the tracking information is showing that the parcel is in your country, please contact your national postal services to find out the approximate time of delivery.
However, if after this 35-day period, you have not received your parcel, I will re-send your order or reimburse your payment, upon your request!

Do you offer frames?/Do you offer digital downloads?

There isn’t any framing on any of my products. All of the frames on the pictures are merely there to show my customers what the items will look like with a frame.
I only offer prints for sale. All of my designs shown here are offered in print on textured art paper or cotton canvas. All of my products are for personal use only and are not offered for re-sale. Copying the images from my shop, placing them on other websites or shops and selling the copies from the pictures is strictly forbidden.

How can I use your discount offer ‘Buy 2 get 1 free’?

You’ve probably noticed my discount offer ‘Buy 2 get one 1 more for free’. The free one is the same size – equal or smaller.
This offer is also valid for orders of 4 prints. You will then get an additional 2 prints for free, 6 bought + 3 free and so on.
Please, don’t add to your basket the free prints you pick. Just copy their link addresses and add them in the message box to the seller, before you pay or send me a personal message through Etsy.
If you don’t pick your free print, I will choose one for you.
This offer doesn’t apply to my print sets. The prices for the print sets are previously reduced and the discount for the free prints is included in the total amount.
