Frequently asked questions
I’ve got this favorite place in mind. Can I get a custom poster of it?
Sure thing! We'd be thrilled to craft a poster of your special spot. Just drop us a message here on Etsy or shoot us an email at hello@nbourhood.com. Let's chat details!
How long till I get my order?
We ship orders within 1-4 business days. Depending on your location, it might take up to 14 business days to land on your doorstep.
Where's my package coming from?
We're global! With 30+ print studios spanning the Americas to Oceania, we make sure your order gets to you quickly, regardless of where you are.
Changed your mind about a product?
No worries! If you want to send something back or swap it out, you've got 30 days from when you bought it. Just ensure it's unused, in tip-top shape, and in its original pack. After we check your return, we'll be in touch about the next steps. If all's good, you'll get your refund!
Can I buy Nbourhood stuff anywhere in the world?
Almost everywhere! However, a few places like Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea are exceptions right now due to certain restrictions.
Hey, can I use your poster designs elsewhere?
All our artwork is our own, which means it's copyrighted. Please don't use or redistribute anything without our green light.
I wanna chat. How can I reach out?
We're all ears! Message us on Etsy or email us at hello@nbourhood.com.
