To access your digital files from your account:

1. Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account.
2. Go to Purchases and reviews.
Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.

Please note, that you can't download a digital purchase through the Etsy app at this time. To download a digital file, please sign in to Etsy on your mobile browser or computer.

Unfortunately, Etsy policies do not allow return of digital items. If you are unsatisfied with your itrm or have any other queries, please reach out to me via Etsy Messages, I will be happy to help!

All the item sold in my shop are digital, meaning you can print them yourself. If you don't own a printer, you can find a printing centre nearby that can assist you with printing your items for a small fee.

Yes! All my items are intended for commercial use, meaning you can ue them on the items you sell as long as you don't breach the licensing policy.

You can:
• Use the digital papers on any printed or tangible products, even without modifying them
• Use the digital papers for any print-on-demand product, even without modifying them
• Use the digital papers for any finished digital product that reflects your original design and includes significant creative modifications

You can not:
• Sell, share, or redistribute the digital papers in their unchanged, original form
• Use the digital papers to produce clip art, additional digital papers, or any other form of digital design assets.
