PristineCollectionIn is a hub for designer men’s wear. I design all kinds of tuxedos, blazers, and ethnic wedding wear. Primarily, I specialize in blazers and jackets, and I take ready-to-wear custom orders.
Almost 90% of my products are made of velvet. I purchase the velvet material from Vinayak Textiles in Delhi. I also use fabrics such as cotton, polyester, linen, etc., to make the garments. All these materials are sourced locally from Delhi. I work with a team of 10 people.
The process involves designing, taking measurements, cutting, stitching, and finishing. I create a design and send it to my brother who helps me with the cutting of the fabric. And then it is sent to the other team members who create the finished designer wear. One outfit is completed in seven to eight hours.
The fabric used for the inner lining is of excellent quality and has a thread-lining finish. The finishing is done using chawal dana (rice) stitch, which makes my products unique.
I have a family business that was started by my grandfather. This legacy was later passed down from my father to me. One of my friends with a background in textiles happened to see my work. He informed me about Etsy, and how it is an excellent platform to share my designs with the global market. I considered this and registered my shop on Etsy.
