ProLeague started as a personal football project over 10 years ago.
I’ve always enjoyed the statistical side of football — league tables, goal differences, promotion and relegation battles. I began building my own structured simulation system in Excel as a way to create a stress-free football universe I could return to whenever I wanted to switch off from the day.
Over time, the system evolved into a fully weighted league engine, using realistic goal averages and strength tiers to mirror real-life football trends.
It became something I would come back to again and again — like Sudoku for football fans. A place to roll the dice, run a few fixture weeks, and lose myself in long-term league narratives.
ProLeague Games was created to share that experience with others who love statistics, structure, and the drama of season-long competition.

The final league table can be used to rank the teams, names can be changed, just enough to enable a personal touch, historical rather than fiction, but not ruling out fantasy football . Highly recommended.
