4 out of 5 starsThis is my 4th shofar from ProShofar. This one is not the quality of the others, very light weight ( I thought it was hard plastic when I pulled it out) the others are heavier, the painting on this one is streaky, it has no number on it or paper of authenticity with the number as my other 3 have. It is a nice shofar, blows good, the lion and menorah are nicely done. Customer Service... is very good, communicates quickly and will work out any issues that come up. Since this is my 4th shofar, it is obvious I like ProShofar's products. The quality is down on this last one, but.... with everything that's going on I'm glad to have gotten this particular one at all. A satisfied Customer
