RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Please read the description of our Iyengar yoga props, tools, and accessories carefully before purchasing. Exchanges and returns are usually not available due to high shipping expenses, except for LOSS or DAMAGE during the delivery.
If you still want to return/exchange the received goods, you should be aware that:
1) You may return/exchange your order within 14 days after receiving the parcel, provided that the product is in its original condition;
2) First you return us the goods and pay the return cost;
3) The cost of shipping in both directions is non-refundable;
4) After having received the goods back we return the amount of your payment made at the time of purchase (the cost of the product without delivery) minus the 14% commission we withhold for processing this order;
5) In the case of an exchange, you pay the extra cost of redelivery, as well as recalculation of the price difference if the newly ordered products are more expensive.
We appreciate your understanding of the rules. We want our customers to enjoy top-quality unique yoga tools at reasonable prices. Thus, we bet on conscious acquiring instead of setting high margins caused by the unsuccessful purchase of insurance.
CANCELLATIONS
You can request a cancellation within the first 24 hours after your purchase before we start preparing your order. We refund the full amount of your purchase excluding 14% of Etsy and PayPal charges that are not refundable for the vendors. Thank you for your understanding.
TRACKING PARCELS
All parcels are provided with a tracking service. The customers receive the tracking number and instructions via e-mail and in their ETSY accounts. We encourage you to keep tracking your parcel and to avoid situations when the parcel is delivered, not picked up on time, and sent back. If this happens, we can redeliver your order but your shipping cost will be doubled.

Usually, it takes us 3-5 days for production. The standard shipping takes about 3-5 weeks. If you want to get it faster, please choose EXPRESS in order processing and you can receive your order within 3-6 BUSINESS DAYS after being produced.
