There was a delay at the post office (post offices fault) and when I contacted her about it she responded very quickly. She sent out another mask for me and included an extra one! I ended up receiving both packages in the end. These masks are super cute and comfortable! I cannot wear a regular one due to medical reasons and now I can live life and able to go into places by wearing these super cute masks. Thank you again! Your customer service was outstanding!
