Is custom ordering available?

Prodigal Pottery loves creating customized orders for our customers. Please note that, due to high demand, we cannot complete custom orders for less than $100 worth of merchandise. If you have an idea of a custom piece, please send us a message. Please know that custom orders may require longer production time depending on the item/items.

What do I do if my order never arrived?

If you receive a shipping notification, but your order does not arrive in the mail, please contact the post office. They will be able to assist you in the process of filing a claim. Please note that we are not responsible for items that are lost or delayed in the mail.

What happens if my order arrives broken/damaged?

Please contact us. Pottery does occasionally break when being shipped. We are more than happy to replace your broken item(s).
