ProductiveMindCo privacy policy

To fulfill your order, I receive the information Etsy provides, such as your name, delivery address, order details and any information you choose to send in Etsy Messages. Etsy handles payment details under its own privacy policy; I do not receive your full payment card information.

I use order information to produce and deliver your purchase, provide customer support, resolve problems and maintain records where needed for business and legal obligations. I share the necessary order and shipping details with Etsy, Printify and the production and delivery partners involved in fulfilling your order. Service providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices. Information may be processed in countries where those providers operate.

I retain information only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes and any applicable recordkeeping obligations. I do not sell customer information or use order details for unsolicited marketing. Etsy controls information retained within Etsy accounts and services.

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct or request deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable exceptions. To contact ProductiveMindCo about information held by this shop, send an Etsy message to ProductiveMindCo. For information controlled by Etsy, contact Etsy directly.
