Where do I find my purchased items?
You'll find digital items you purchased with your Etsy account on your Purchases page.
1. Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account. Or on the Etsy app, sign in and tap You.
2. Go to Purchases and reviews.
If you don't have a Etsy account, and purchased as a guest, you'll find your items in your email inbox.
Why is my order or payment still processing?
All templates are instant downloadable, and should be immediately available to you after the purchase is completed. Unfortunately it may happen that Etsy takes longer to process orders as they screen and review all payment to protect both buyers and sellers. If your order takes longer than 72 hours, please let me know, then I'll try contact Etsy and ask them to look into it.

What file format will I receive my templates?
You'll receive a ZIP file. Unzip the file and you will find your PDF files in there. You can open PDF via your browser (E.g. Chrome, Safari) or use any kind of PDF reader (E.g. Adobe Acrobat Reader DC).

What does it mean when the PDF is fillable?
A Fillable PDF forms work the same as any other online forms. You can easily fill in information without the need for PDF-editor software. This means that with any PDF viewer (Acrobat, Preview, Chrome, etc.) you'll will be able to edit, enter information and check fields.
How can I pay with iDEAL at checkout?
If you're located in the Netherlands, you may choose to pay with iDEAL. Make sure your default account currency set to Euro (EUR) and your default country set to the Netherlands. From your computer, these settings can be adjusted on the bottom of any Etsy.com page. On the Etsy app, check the regional settings on your mobile device.
NOTE: iDEAL is not yet available as a payment method if you’re on an Etsy Studio site or using the "Buy it now" option.
Can I share or resell my purchased item?
No, all digital files s are strictly for personal use only. You may not alter or share these files with anyone.
Do you offer refunds?
All items are digital files that can be copied without restrictions after purchasing. For this reasons, purchased items can not be returned or refunded to you. However, if you're unsatisfied with your purchase, please sent me a message and I'll see what I can do for you.
