🐞 Returns, Exchanges, Refunds
Because of our print on demand process, we can't take returns or exchanges if you decide you don’t like the size or color. But, if the mailman has been playing football with your package or it arrived with the wrong design, we'll happily replace it or refund your cash. Just snap a pic so we can see the damage or oopsie.
🐞 Cancellations
If you're having second thoughts and want to cancel your order, give us a holler within an hour of placing it, and we'll see if we can refund it. We can't guarantee it'll be possible since it's printed on demand, but we'll try our best!
🐞 Lost in the Mail
If the tracking on your package says it’s been delivered, but you haven’t actually received it, please wait another 2-3 business days to see if it makes an appearance. If not, reach out to your local post office to see if it is being held there for some reason. After this time, please send me a message and I will have my printer investigate it. If they find that the shipping carrier is at fault, you will receive a free replacement.
