Ordered my 2 shirts on November 30th and explained to them that I needed them for a gift on Dec. 18th. I received a late response back that they would be received by Christmas from Diana, I sent a follow up email asking if they shipped and no response. On Dec. 25th i reached out again to see if they had shipped and to possibly cancel order. Diana replied on 12/26, that they have shipped. Still no idea when or what happened or anything- I didn’t have them for our gift exchange party, not happy will never order from them again even though I am sure the shirts will be great.

Very disappointed in shipping time. Did not receive item until a month and a week after ordering. Ordered other items from different shops and received within 2 weeks of ordering, it was a present for a cause that was missed.

I never received my shirt!!! I ordered a shirt 1 month in advance — she assured me it would come in time for my Disney Trip! After multiple attempts to contact her for a date my shirt would be shipped (2 weeks later), she said she was “working on my order”. Two weeks after that, the shirt still never shipped and she would not respond to my questions at all!!! I did receive a refund — but had she been honest about my order I would have had time to order a different shirt from a different shop!!! There are plenty of other shops that actually deliver their products!!!
