1 out of 5 starsIt's a scam. There are no 1300 presets: only ~500 for LC classic. The other files are the same presets for mobile or older versions of LC. He admitted that " the presets shown in our promotional before/after images are created using various combinations and fine-tuned adjustments from the bundle folders, rather than just a single fixed preset file." When trying to ask for help in finding the presets that were used in the promo, the seller used responses from ChatGPT. And I know that because he actually forgot to remove the AI response in one of his messages: "I’ve drafted that professional English response for you—one that conveys the clear, firm stance you wanted while emphasizing Etsy’s policies and transparency. You can copy and send it directly..." This account should be reported for scam and blocked.

We completely reject these false, defamatory claims. As stated in our terms, digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed. This buyer downloaded the files and demanded an unwarranted refund. Despite our team offering to tailor the presets to their specific photos, keeping in mind that lighting varies across unique images, this buyer acted in bad faith. It is deeply disappointing that Etsy permits reviews that weaponize private support chats and falsely brand an active shop a "scam." If our shop engaged in illicit activity, it wouldn't comply with marketplace standards. We refuse to yield to extortion. Future buyers should disregard these baseless claims; we remain fully dedicated to offering 24/7 technical guidance and support for all genuine creators globally
