Returns and exchange
- We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of the parcel
- If you received the items and want to return it, contact us and specify the order number and the reason for the return. We will reply you and give you an address to send the items
- Used items not acceptable. Item must be returned to Prolinen unused and not damaged. Shipping and packing is paid by customers
- If you received a damaged one or defective items, please take a photo and send it to us
- Color perception is not the cause of the return, we use only professional photos, but colors, which we see on the display, completely depend on the settings and type of monitor and camera, with which they were made.
Reasons for return:
- if the goods in the parcel do not correspond to the goods in the order
- if the goods are damaged or lost
Reasons for not returning:
- if the goods were used
- the reason for color perception, custom or personalized orders
We can refuse to accept your order, in the following cases:
