What will I receive after purchase?
All items in my shop are digital downloads. You will not receive any physical product. Once payment is confirmed, you'll have immediate access to download your files.
How do I access my digital files?
After your payment is processed, you can download your files through your Etsy account under Purchases & Reviews or via the link in your email receipt.
Can I use these designs for commercial purposes?
Yes! Most items in my shop come with a personal and small business commercial use license. Resale or redistribution of the files themselves (as-is or modified) is not allowed.
Do I need Canva Pro to use the Canva templates?
No! All my Canva templates are designed to work with the free version of Canva. Simply open the link provided and start customizing!
What should I do if I have trouble downloading or opening my files?
Please send me a message on Etsy! I'm happy to assist and make sure you receive your files without issues.
Do you offer refunds on digital products?
Because of the nature of digital downloads, I’m unable to offer refunds or exchanges. However, if you have any problems, please contact me and I’ll do my best to resolve them.
