Where are you based?
Prop Options HQ is located in Poole, Dorset on the South Coast of England.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! We’re proud to send our products to customers around the globe. International postage varies depending on location and will be calculated at checkout. If you would like a tailored postage quote prior to purchase, please get in touch.
Please provide your telephone number. Your contact telephone number is added to your order shipment information and helps to prevent any delays in the delivery of your parcel. We thank you for your help with this matter.
International customers may be subject to import taxes/customs duties in line with local government guidelines. I’m afraid these charges are beyond our control and as per our Etsy policy it is the purchasers responsibility to settle any taxes with their local authority
How are your products packaged and Can I expedite my order?
We take great care in ensuring our products are securely packaged and wherever possible, we use eco-friendly materials such as clean, recycled cardboard and brown paper packaging tape.
We are pleased to offer an Expedited Order Processing option which is available at checkout - please note that this will prioritise your order but is still subject to processing and making times. While we aim to despatch orders as quickly as possible, if you would like to expedite your order please get in touch with us prior to ordering and we will do our best to assist you.
Notes for International Shipping - Expedited orders and PO Box addresses.
If you need to expedite your order please contact the shop first prior to ordering. We are happy to quote for and arrange expedited shipping although this has to be agreed before checkout and will be the buyers responsibility to cover the additional postage charges. We can not, under any circumstance take responsibility for a parcel that does not arrive in time if you have not discussed a deadline date before purchasing. Furthermore, once a parcel leaves our workshop, we are not responsible for any courier delays or customs delays.
Unfortunately, our domestic and international couriers do not deliver to PO BOX addresses. Please use a standard residential or commercial address.

We are pleased to offer a bespoke service and will help bring your vision to life. Please get in touch with further details and we will be happy to create a personalised quote for you. We regularly provide groups of staggered height cake stands for weddings or table displays.
Cake smash cake stands - We are the home of smash stands! We have researched and adapted the design which is now perfected to suit a cake smash session.

Strength, durability and care
Our stands are all professionally crafted using a range of premium, industry-approved materials including stainless steel, acrylic and sustainably sourced wood, ensuring impeccable strength and quality. The stands are suitable for all occasions and compliment your creations perfectly having deigned a variation of stands to suit and support all cakes, ranging from a single tier all the way up to a multi tiered heavy creation
When caring for and cleaning your products, please use warm soapy water and wipe clean only - do not submerge under water. Abrasive cloths and detergents should not be used, and our products are not suitable for the dishwasher.
Product and Instructional FAQ's
Do I need to dowel my cake?
When using real cake tiers, we recommend using sufficient dowelling to support the weight of your separator and tiers.
What does ‘Powder-coated finish’ mean?
Many of our stands and separators are available in a range of powder-coated finishes such as champagne gold and gloss black. To achieve this, they go through a powder-coating process which applies a high quality, durable and food safe finish.
Will my stand/separator hold the weight of my cake?
We rigorously test all our products to ensure quality, strength, and durability. Please see individual product listings for detailed information and if you are unsure please get in touch with us before ordering and we'll be happy to assist.
