If your prop, replica or commission is made of the following please use the following methods of care and cleaning;

Resin: Warm water, light soap. NO alcohol solvents/cleaners.
Metal: No water or alcohol. Contact me first.
Glass: Room temperature water, light soap or glass cleaner.

Fine detailed pieces may need cleaned by using a toothbrush and room temperature water. Usually, to prolong the life of any prop or replica cleaning solvents should be avoided unless necessary.

Dry item's immediately. Do not use wire brushes or sand paper on anything. Paper towels or soft pads are preferred.

If you have questions about cleaning, contact me first beforehand!

Measurement's and sizes in this shop will be in inches, always.
Most sizes are true to size, however, it is always best to measure yourself just to make sure because you may need to go a size up or down. Buying online is no different than going to certain stores.
Example: In one store you may wear a medium size, but in another you may need a small.

Reassure yourself and measure yourself!

We do NOT use millimeters or centimeters. If you wish to convert inches to cm, mm or another sizing method then please use google to convert them or contact us and we can convert the sizing for you.

If you do not receive a tracking number within the time frame provided then do not stress or worry! This could mean that we are experiencing more order's than normal and are trying to fill/make/ship them all out as soon as possible.

Your package is guaranteed to come with a tracking number and to be shipped via United States Postal Service. However, if you have not received tracking confirmation then it probably mean's the shipping label has not been printed just yet. I know it's hard to wait, but sometime's life happens and we may need a little more time than promised to get your item to you. Patience is key! We refuse to ship an item out that is unfinished or not to high standards.

If your package or item is damaged then you're covered completely with insurance through the United States Postal Service. Every package has insurance as well as tracking confirmation. Please take multiple pictures of package/item(s).

Please note: If you open a case on Etsy/PayPal and expect a refund as well, your case will be closed as you are covered by the United States Postal Service. If this happens, you will also be banned from future purchases. If you need assistance in filing a claim with USPS I am here to help you!

Please be advised that when you file a claim for the value of your item(s) with USPS, they will request you bring the package and contents to them for them to dispose of before you are given any refund.

Yes! Commissions and new props are always welcome! You will be asked to submit pictures and details via email or my main website.

If you wish to have an item commissioned you will be given a free quote (price) which is valid for 60 days only.

Can you make it first and I'll buy it if I like it?
I'm sorry, but no. Buyers must sign an agreement. After being burned more than 15 times -- half of the total payment is required before construction of the commission begins. The remaining half will be requested before the item ships. Throughout the creation you will be given updated pictures/information and possible Skype calls to ensure it is to your satisfaction/standards. You will also be sent completion pictures.

Absolutely! So far, QuentinRyan props have landed in 17+ countries. Shipping to your country via USPS may be cheap or expensive, it should tell you on the item's page how much shipping would be for the item and the method you prefer (example: USPS International Priority or USPS International Express).

The United States Postal Service is generally pretty quick to get packages to you. All packages, both inside and outside of the United States will be insured and a tracking confirmation number provided.
