First, a bit of recounting the past! I started this shop end-November 2025; however for some unforeseen reasons I had to pause a while. Now in mid-April 2026, I'm re-launching with a focus on quality realty templates made in Canva.

I’m a 68-year-old lifelong trier – on a mission to help busy marketers like you design delightful realty items you will be proud of, that promise to influence your target audience and benefit your business.
Design is way more than just concept and tools. Way more. They are a moment in time when we pause a while and wonder at the beauty of an accomplishment, and the craftsmanship of the creator.
I take inspiration from the creatives by other designers, and it’s kind of solace to me to know that imaginations are still alive and kicking even in the present AI era.
Now that you know a bit about my thinking, let me share a few things about me:
◈ An oil engineer by qualification and in early career; now a designer at heart.
◈ I live in Kolkata, India and love to design, write and travel.
◈ Authored "PowerPoint Video Magic" in 2014 that sold on Amazon.
◈ Taught on Udemy on the same topic.
◈ In 2020 I launched lifetime deal on AppSumo selling PowerPoint video templates.
◈ This shop is my latest design initiative and I hope to provide great service to you.
To my mind this shop has unique creatives to offer - property video ads, flyers, brochures, and also websites.
