The Personal Information that I Collect.

To fulfil your order you must provide me with certain information, such as payment information, and the details of the product or service that you are ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for custom order or approaching holiday) by contacting me directly or adding your note to your order.

Why I need your information and how I use it.

1. Customization (legitimate interests).
For custom order, I will use your information to build your product or requested service.

2. Shipping (legitimate interests).
To ship the order to you I will collect related information such as your name and surname, email address, postal address and eventually phone number.
The complete address will be stored in the receipt of shipping, to use it for claims or tracking your package.

2. Change or Delete.
You may also have rights to change, restrict my use of, or delete your personal information. Absent exceptional circumstances (like where I am required to store data for legal reasons) I will generally delete your personal information upon request.

For information stored on selling platform you will have to forward the request directly to the privacy agent of the related company.
