I've received a broken or defective item.
Although it's not our fault and is USPS's mishandling, we will replace it free of charge. Send us a photo top verify and we will send you a replacement ASAP.
My items have some small holes and blemishes.
We try our best to minimize air bubbles and blemishes. It is the nature of casting in concrete and there is no way to get s 100% perfect looking concrete casts. If you send us a photo and we deem it to not be to our standards, then we will replace it or give you a refund.
May I return an item for a refund?
Per our policy, we do not take returns for a refund. We do however replace damaged products only. For exchanges, please contact us directly and we can try to work something out.
What material are the planters?
Industrial grey concrete and White concrete with fibers for strength. Color versions have pigments mixed in and we do touch up with airbrush to ensure even distribution of colors.
Why is shipping so expensive?
Even though some of the planters are small, they are heavy because of the materials. It's solid and not hollow like ceramics can be. if you're order is over $75 then you get free shipping which is a $25+ value!
My package was stolen, can you send me a new one?
Per our Policy, we do not replace lost or stolen packages. You can however, contact Etsy and open up a case indicating that the tracking number said "delivered" but the package is nowhere to be found. Etsy will review the case and may issues you a refund baes on their decision.
Can I get a custom color or custom size?
Custom color is possible but there are too many variables that makes it difficult to match colors that you're looking for...so we would like to say no. Custom sizes are also not possible since everything is cast from a mold. Custom size means making a new master and new mold which we will charge you $150...not worth it unless you really want it.
The planter I got is smaller than what I saw in the photo!
It is hard to convey size and proportions through photos. Every item has a photo in a persons average sized hand. We also have dimensions in the descriptions. There is nothing else we can do to show you the size of the planters. Its up to you to figure out if its too small or not for what you need. Bad reviews about size will be flagged and I will reply to the bad review publicly telling people not to pay attention to your ignorant review.
