When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1 working day. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. This is very rare but we will notify you with a message.
I have not received my item?
First, check the tracking details from your dispatch notification. If something looks wrong, contact us anytime and we’ll help track it down. For items that appear lost in transit, we’ll send a replacement once the carrier confirms non-delivery—so you’re never left empty-handed.
My item is faulty, I want a replacement / refund.
This is rare, but if it happens we take full responsibility. We’ll cover the return postage and work with you until you’re 100% happy. Just send us a message.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, absolutely. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. If something isn’t right, just message us and we’ll sort it out—your satisfaction matters to us.

How long does it take to process my refund?
Once your return reaches us, we process refunds within 3–5 working days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
My item returned back to seller address because of incorrect address, missed the delivery.
Our couriers attempt delivery 2–3 times, then hold your parcel at your local depot—just use your tracking to arrange collection or redelivery. If an incorrect address was provided and the parcel returns to us, we’ll happily refund the item cost (re-shipping fees may apply for re-delivery).
