Return Policy Details
Contact within 24hrs of delivery with any issues. It is the buyers responsibility to check measurements, photos & description before buying.
Returns on case by case basis, some items do not apply. *Clearance/Sale, lingerie/swim, Christmas, Shoes, Earrings are final sale*
If approved for return, buyer pays shipping back. Items must be sent within 7 days of delivery.
Once received and inspected a refund will be processed.
A restock fee of 10% applies for: doesn't fit/don't like/didn't read. Additional fee for late returns.
If item is worn/damaged you will be charged additionally for the loss of value, up to full amount paid for repairs/damage. Any shipping paid is not refunded.

Vintage Sizing VS Modern Sizing
Vintage sizing is NOT THE SAME as today's sizing it is essential that you check measurements and allow some breathing room. Every time period has its own sizing system and you may need to size up 1-3 sizes depending on the age of the item.
Measurements
Measurements for each item are provided in the listing, remember to check your actual body measurements before purchase and allow some ease/breathing room in the garment measurements. Item should measure 1-3'' larger than your body measurements for an accurate fit unless item is Spandex. If you have questions about fit or measurements please contact us before purchase.
Vintage smells
While we do clean everything using non-scented soap & vinegar to sanitize.
Some items may still have a slight scent. This is normal and to be expected when buying vintage.
Shipping with plastic keeps items dry but it can exaggerate scents when opened & plastic can absorb other smells in transit. So if something arrives a bit funny, allowing the item to air out or a quick wash usually takes care of it.
Natural Fibers (wool, silk) will have their own smell, even after dry-cleaning this is normal.
Some people smell things differently or stronger than others, If you are super sensitive to smells, or allergens then vintage may not be a good choice for you.

Arrived Late
We are not responsible for shipping delays. All "estimated arrival dates" are calculated by Etsy.
We have no control over these estimates and we can not remove or change them.
We only guarantee shipping it out within the handling time stated, arrival times will depend on the shipping provider.
Online tracking is dependent on when/if the package is scanned. Some postal locations refuse to scan items which means often packages are on the way to you even when tracking shows pre-transit. We understand this is frustrating, if you have questions please reach out.
If your item arrives late and is no longer needed, please contact us about a possible return at your cost, restocking fees may apply.
International Shipping
We no longer ship to: France or Portugal.
International customers are responsible for all fees imposed, including import taxes and postage handling fees levied by the buyer's country. contact your local customs office for further information.
Some locations taxes are included in your purchase.
All international orders will have full value declared on customs forms and will be marked as merchandise as required by law.
Items that are refused, un-deliverable as addressed, or VAT/Import fees are not paid will be subject to a restocking fee, original shipping is non-refundable.
Any Re-shipment costs as well as the Return Shipping Fee will need to be covered by the buyer.
