Hi Susan, we’re sorry the product’s size wasn’t to your liking. However we do state the sizes clearly on the listing. Large: 74 x 74 x 43 cm and XL: 91 x 91 x 58 cm - you specifically bought the smaller size. We have also tried to communicate with you on several occasions to reach a resolution, but still no response from you.
