5 out of 5 starsI waited longer than ETSY’s specified (delivery between June 16-20) date. It arrived today. This company’s customer service was outstanding! When I didn’t receive any updates between June 16-20th, I contacted the company twice. Twice, I got a response within an hour! Geri was empathetic to my concerns, gave me legitimate reasons and apologized for a situation that she had no control of. Though I am absolutely not impressed by DHL, I am impressed with Geri and her business. I love my panda!!

All of our products are made just for you when you order — nothing sitting on a shelf!

Yes! Most of our listings include personalization options — or you can message us with your idea.
Please allow an extra 1–2 days for custom orders.
Personalized items can’t be returned or refunded since they’re made just for you.
🔁 Can I return or exchange my order? and ⚠️ What if there’s a problem with my order?
Non-customized items: Can be returned within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Buyer covers return shipping.
Personalized/custom items: All sales are final.
If something arrives broken, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of both the product and the packaging so we can help make it right.

🚚 Shipping policies
