5 out of 5 starsSeller response was a bit delayed when requesting shipping updates. But once a response was received, everything arrived accordingly, and the product was great. We had a similar product from Kop & Hagen, that was unfortunately broken during a move. These are very similar and are of near the same quality. Ordering another set as a backup.
