Thank you for trusting me in your kitchen. I’m grateful that you’ve shared in the generations of love and stories from my home. Here’s a note from my daughter who tells my story much better than I ever can.
“When my Mom immigrated from India to the US, she never lost her love of cooking–it was how she remembered home. As my sister and I grew up in our home, we’d watch my Mom and Nani (grandma) mix up their own spice blends and teach us our family recipes. All our friends and family inspired Mom to start Puja’s Kitchen with her homemade blends during the pandemic, when there was a need to share the warmth near and far. Kitchen is my Mom’s happy place and that’s how she knows to express love the best. And now that I’ve left home, I make sure to pack a few spices to always keep a part of home with me. I hope you’ll enjoy it too!"
I continue to grow and learn in the kitchen. Please share with me any feedback or questions you may have at pujakitchen2023 [!at] gmail.com. Looking forward to hearing from you! Thank you so much!
With Love,
Puja
