How many lines of text can I use?
We don’t usually have a limit on words or characters for each jewelry item. We typically look at the sample and let you know if possible or necessary adjustments are necessary.
You can submit any language, writing style (cursive, print, etc.), and even drawings.
We can crop out any unwanted text, and we can even take individual words and letters and create phrases with them.
For any other questions regarding personalized, just contact us.
What size should I order?
BRACELET - We always recommend ordering sizes of .5 to 1 inch larger than your actual wrist size. For example, if your wrist is 5 inches, you’d order a 5.5 or 6-inch bangle/bracelet.
NECKLACE – All sizes are in inches, and the size includes both combined to equal the length. Our chain lengths have +2 inches extender.
RINGS – Please try to get your finger sized if you do not know your ring size. Any local jewelry store or department store can size your finger.
How to care for my jewelry?
925K Sterling Silver jewelry is meant for everyday wear while cleaning and caring for your silver is simple. You can either use a little natural soap or a soft cloth to clean your Sterling Silver. Or you can use any Sterling Silver cleaning solution that can be found at any major retail department store.
If you do not plan on wearing the jewelry for long periods, it is ideal to store it in a zip bag or an air-tight container separate from other jewelry with the silica pouch inside the box.
When will my order ship out?
You can check your Etsy receipt for the estimated ship date. Simply go to your purchases and look for the receipt from our shop. Our turnaround estimates depend on the item you’d like to purchase, which you can refer to below:
READY TO SHIP - These designs are ready to ship out 1 - 3 business days after your order is placed.
MADE TO ORDER - Takes about 3 - 5 business days (Monday - Friday) upon receiving all information. We carefully craft made-to-order pieces primarily by hand so that the creation process can take time.

How to return or exchange my jewelry?
Additional fees apply to (but are not limited to) the following circumstances: Returns outside the 2-week window, jewelry not returned in its original condition, orders sent with insufficient postage, etc., shipping, gift wrap, rush fees, and other upgrades are non-refundable.
All items are handcrafted and customized with care therefore, we don’t usually accept returns or exchanges on jewelry unless the fault was ours. However, we understand that these pieces are very sentimental and meaningful, so If you have an issue with your product, please feel free to contact us, and we can solve the problem.
How to exchange my jewelry size?
If you did not order the correct size or your jewelry doesn’t fit, we offer a resizing or adjustment service; an additional fee might be applied.
What are the shipping details?
SHIP & PRODUCTION TIMES - Our current turnaround time is about 10 business days upon ordering. Every item we make is custom-made from the hand and worth the wait. Expedited shipping upgrades do not change production time they only speed up the shipping process.
ORDER STATUS - You will receive an email from ETSY once your package has shipped with a tracking number and a link to track directly.

FREE USPS FIRST CLASS SHIPPING - Domestic First Class shipping is FREE and takes 3-5 business days upon shipping from our workshop. This option is available in the drop-down menu upon checkout.
USPS PRIORITY SHIPPING - Priority shipping takes 2-3 business days upon shipping from our workshop. This option is available in the drop-down menu upon checkout.
USPS EXPRESS SHIPPING - Express shipping takes 1-2 business days upon being shipped from our workshop. This option is available in the drop-down menu upon checkout.
