Can I add gift wrapping to my order?
We currently cannot add gift wrapping since our products are packaged and shipped by a separate fulfillment center.

We are unable to add personalized messages since our products are packaged and shipped by a separate fulfillment center.
Can you get my item to me by XX days?
Most orders are shipped out between 2-5 business days, however unexpected issues/delays with mail delivery are always possible, so we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive by a certain date. Your order can take anywhere from 2-7 business days to ship, plus another 2-7 business days to be delivered.
Do you sell SVG/PNG/JPG digital files of your designs?
We do not sell our designs for personal or commercial use.
I have a problem with my order. How can we fix it?
We are happy to help in any way we can. Simply send us a message with the following information so we can quickly assist you!
- Order Number
- Image of the problem
- 1-2 Sentences describing what the problem is.
- Specify whether you would like a refund or a replacement of your item.
Once we receive your message, we will check to see if the wrong items were shipped to you by accident or if anything was misprinted due to an error on our end. If the mistake was our fault we will provide a solution at no expense on the customers’ end.
How can I figure out the right size for me? (T-Shirts)
We use Bella + Canvas 3001 shirts, which are unisex size (men's slim fit). The best way to check the right size for you is to get one of your favorite t-shirts, lay it down flat, and measure it according to the size chart provided in the listing.
If you are purchasing for someone else, you may refer to the following as a general guide to find the right sizing:
S: Size 4-6
M: Size 8-10
L: Size 12-14
XL: Size 14-16
2X: Size 18-20
What is your return policy?
All of our items are made to order, and our manufacturers are dedicated to addressing any issues related to damage or manufacturing defects promptly. However, we are unable to accommodate exchanges or replacements for orders with incorrect color or size specifications. We understand that ordering the wrong color or size can be disappointing, but allowing replacements would result in a significant accumulation of custom returned orders.
If you've received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please reach out to us within 14 days with a photo of the issue and we'll be happy to make things right!
