Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to process and ship an order?
It usually takes around 2-3 days to package and ship each order. This excludes any issues or life events, but I will do my best to get it to you on time.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes I do. However, shipping to certain regions will cost more depending on how much postage labels cost.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order through Etsy tracking, or you can copy the tracking number and paste it into either a universal parcel tracking site or the official site of the postal service.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or lost?
If this occurs, send me a message and I will do my best to make it right and refund you. However, I would need proof in order to give a full refund, such as photos of damage. If the item is lost, please contact me with your order number and tracking information. I recommend checking with neighbours, safe places, and your local delivery office first. Lost parcels may require a short waiting period before a replacement or refund can be arranged.
Are your stickers waterproof/weatherproof?
My stickers are not waterproof. They're printed on glossy paper and unlaminated. However, they are smudge proof and are fine to handle.
Will I need to pay customs fees or import taxes?
I pay these up front, so there should be no fees upon delivery. If you are charged for delivery, message me with photo proof and I will issue a partial refund.
What size are the prints, stickers and keychains?
Prints are listed as A4 and A5, but sizes may vary slightly due to being printed and cut at home. Stickers are roughly 2-3 inches, again sizes vary due to being made at home. Keychains are 2.5 inches (or 63.5mm).
Do you take character or fandom suggestions?
Yes I do! If you have a request, feel free to message me. As long as it's safe for work (no nudity and the like), I will be happy to draw it and add it to my shop.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
I do not accept returns. If there is a problem with your order, I will send a replacement or a full refund, depending on which you prefer.
How often do you release new merch collections?
I aim to update my shop every month, but this may change depending on life events. I will make sure to announce if there will be no update that month.
