How are orders shipped? What does the cost of shipping cover?
All orders are shipped via insured USPS priority mail and comes with a tracking number. Ensuring your seeds arrive undamaged is very important to us. We package all orders in self sealed dual padded waterproof envelopes. In addition to the main envelope, seeds are also placed in an individual padded sleeve to provide the dual package protection. Other companies often ship via postal letter which costs them only a stamp. The issue with this is that their orders are ran through automated USPS sorting machines which destroy seeds regardless of how they pad them. The shipping cost you see is for your entire order and helps cover some of the cost we take on to ensure your orders arrive undamaged, most importantly giving you the peace of mind!
How does shipping cost work?
The listed shipping cost is the flat rate shipping cost for your total order and you do not pay shipping on each item when you order multiple things. Note that orders over $35 receive free shipping!
How are seeds sorted?
We manually sort and pack every order as they are placed. We individually select the seeds that are sent to you, ensuring only viable seeds are shipped. Each variety is placed within a 1"x2" clear ziplock packet with a laser printed label containing an image of the variety and it's name for future reference.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes! Our shipping cost covers the cost for postal service to your country. Please read up on our "How are orders shipped" FAQ for more information on what shipping costs cover!
What do most people do with their peppers?
The possibilities are endless! We see a large variety of uses such as, but not limited to: Fresh cooking, pickling, dehydrating, powders, hot sauce, fermentation, garden appeal, and most of all showing off unique varieties of peppers!

How often do you list new pepper varieties?
Every year we grow select small batch varieties of pepper variants. Bookmark and save our shop website for future reference! Throughout the months of June through November we will be adding new varieties (and re-stocking top sellers)!

Some varieties are out of stock, will they come back?
Often times, yes! Favorite our shop to get updates on new listings. Every grow season we grow most of our top sellers from previous years in order to re-stock our most popular seeds. Don't wait to order! We only harvest a certain amount of seeds for offering to our customers.
