It all began with two small shivering short hair dogs...
My grand dogs, a min pin and a jack rat terrier, arrived for a visit in the winter months of 2008. Being the self proclaimed fashion designer and seamstress that I am, I set to work on creating a pattern and sewing several warm polar fleece turtle neck pull-over sweaters for each of them. My creations became a hit with fellow dog walkers.

Forced into early retirement after 23 years I began my search for a new career to help support my family. My lifetime dream of working for myself, doing what I love, and creating unique items became a reality in 2010.

I've been sewing and crocheting since 8 years of age. I learned tailoring and professional finishing techniques from my mother in law, Mama, and how to crochet from a family friend, Estella. (I'm obsessed with granny squares and anything quirky!) My mother is a gifted artist, and my father a carpenter and creative genius. My sister can create something from nothing, she's a crafting wizard. We're all perfectionists, a blessing and a curse!...

I started an internet store selling just dog fashions and it has evolved into much more! Inspired by my teenage daughter, my four grandchildren, my love for the unusual, and of course my dogs, I've added new and different items. Nothing is mass produced, everything is handmade, and items are always changing to accommodate my unceasing need to create new things.
