5 out of 5 starsI ordered the item and the shipping company lost it. I contacted the seller, they refunded the item. I liked the item, so I re-ordered it. The seller used a different shipping company and it was delivered on time. Great quality. Great communication. Highly recommend.

1 out of 5 starsDigitial Download. This graphic was created by copying a shirt someone else was selling and erasing the background. It is poor quality, hard to read and looks nothing like the graphic in the listing. Even if I printed it and put it on a dark shirt it still will not look good

This design was originally created by me, and I have been successfully selling it for quite some time. I believe there may be a misunderstanding regarding how these types of designs and mockups are created. The issue here is not that the design has a transparent background. Rather, darker colors are intentionally removed or adjusted so that the artwork blends naturally with the shirt color used in the mockup. This is a common design technique used throughout the apparel industry. If you are unfamiliar with this process, I would have been happy to explain it before accusations were made. I have sold this design many times and have never received a single complaint about its appearance or quality.
