The ring was advertised as solid 10K gold, but after having it evaluated by a professional jeweler, it was determined to be gold-filled over a base metal. Additionally, the listing stated an IGI certificate would be included, but it was not provided. Communication was responsive, but resolution required escalating through Etsy.
