♥ THE INTRO - Geïnspireerd door Aziatische kruiden en ouderwetse oosterse geneeskunde; Ik hou van allerlei botanische kleuren en verse regenkissed bladeren die op grote schaal in Azië worden gekweekt. Met behulp van de meest verse biologische kruiden en groenten die gemakkelijk te kweken zijn zonder de chemicaliën; voor voedsel en huidverzorging; worden veel beoefend in Azië. Eenvoud is de manier van leven. Terug in Thailand, waar ik ben opgegroeid, gebruiken we natuurlijke kleuren van fruit en groenten om prachtige door de natuur gegeven pigmenten aan voedsel toe te voegen. Veel bloemen en planten bieden zulke levendige kleuren en aroma's die je zelfs kunt proeven. Geweldige multifunctionele planten zoals Pandan bieden een breed scala aan voordelen en zijn opgenomen in veel zoete recepten. Het is goedkoop, eenvoudig, voedzaam en gemakkelijk te kweken. Tumeric, Tamarine sap en pulp gemengd met gemalen Mung Beans; het maken van een van de beste gezichtsreiniger en ophelder. Dit zijn slechts kleine voorbeelden onder te-veel-om-hier-op te noemen. Eenvoudige ingrediënten. Rauw. Meest effectief.

♥ WAAR HET ALLEMAAL BEGON - Ik begon jaren geleden met het maken van mijn eigen bad- en beauty-items voor mezelf, maar begon pas eind 2013 op etsy toen alles wat Pure Lips te bieden had gewoon lippenbalsemvariëteiten waren. Beetje bij beetje heb ik de lijn toegevoegd en uitgebreid. Pure Lips groeide in een gestaag tempo. Ik had toen nog een veeleisende fulltime baan, dus het leven was hectisch. Ik heb Pure Lips 2 jaar in de wacht gezet om voor mijn zoon te zorgen die geboren is met een hartafwijking. Pure Lips heropende eind oktober 2017. De rest is geschiedenis.

♥ PERSOONLIJKE SPULLEN -
Ik ben een trotse moeder van een kleine jongen met eindeloze energie en twee viervoetige furr baby's. Ik zit in de sociale dienst van beroep maar de laatste jaren is Pure Lips steeds meer mijn fulltime *baan* geworden. Ik zit momenteel op school voor een andere Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.

♥ PURE LIPS' MAKE-UP & COSMETICA FILOSOFIE -
Ik was niet van plan om minerale make-up en cosmetica aan de lijn toe te voegen, omdat ik nooit een echte make-updrager ben. De belangrijkste reden is dat ik gewoon een hekel heb aan dat gevoel van het dragen van een masker. Dus hier ben ik en heb ik gespeeld met verschillende natuurlijke ingrediënten en verschillende formules gemaakt om het soort make-up te ontwikkelen dat ik zou dragen; degene die net als de tweede huid is. Het soort waarmee ik zou kunnen gaan slapen en het soort dat me er niet alleen goed uit laat zien, maar me ook goed voelt en mijn huid verbetert. Ik heb het gevonden en het is hier.

♥ HOE IK PURE LIPS RUN -
Als je in mijn winkel rondkijkt, zie je dat ik de eenvoudigste verpakking gebruik die mogelijk is. In de loop der jaren is mij gevraagd waarom brillenverpakkingen niet worden gebruikt, en het meest eenvoudige antwoord dat ik kon geven; is de kosten - de kosten om het te kopen en de kosten om het te verzenden. Die last wil ik niet aan de klanten overlaten. Dat gezegd hebbende, is mijn doel om de verzendkosten te minimaliseren en me te concentreren op het ding dat het belangrijkst is - de ingrediënten. Mijn winkel biedt niet vaak gratis verzending en bouwt de verzendkosten niet in het prijskaartje. Wat je ziet is wat je krijgt.

Ik heb een open deur beleid, dus vraag me alsjeblieft alles wat je wilt weten. Pure Lips is transparant; wat je online ziet, is wat je krijgt. Alle ingrediënten zijn gedeclareerd, zodat u een weloverwogen beslissing kunt nemen om de beste producten voor uzelf of uw dierbaren te krijgen.

♥ THE INTRO - Inspired by Asian herbs and old-fashion eastern medicine; I love all kind of botanical colors and fresh rainkissed leaves widely grown in Asia. Using the freshest organic herbs and vegetable that easily grown without the chemicals; for food and skin care; are widely practiced in Asia. Simplicity is the way of life. Back in Thailand where I grew up, we use natural colors from fruits and veggies to add beautiful nature-given pigments to food. Many flowers and plants offer such vivid colors and aroma you can even taste. Great multi-functioning plant like Pandan offers a wide range of benefits and is included in many sweet recipes. It is cheap, simple, nutritious and easily grown. Tumeric, Tamarine juice and pulp mixed with ground Mung Beans; making one of the best facial cleanser and brightener. These are just small examples among too-many-to-mention here. Simple ingredients. Raw. Most effective.

♥ WHERE IT ALL STARTED - I started making my own bath and beauty items years ago for myself but did not start on etsy until late in 2013 when all Pure Lips had to offer was just lip balm varieties. Little by little, I added and expanded the line. Pure Lips grew at a steady pace. I still had a demanding full time job then so life was hectic. I put Pure Lips on hold for 2 years to care for my son who was born with a heart defect. Pure Lips reopened in late October of 2017. The rest is history.

♥ PERSONAL STUFF -
I am a proud mom of a little boy who has endless energy, and two four-legged furr babies. I am in social services by trade but in the past years, Pure Lips has become more and more of my full time *job*. I am currently in school for another Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.

♥ PURE LIPS' MAKEUP & COSMETICS PHILOSOPHY -
I didn't plan on adding mineral makeup & cosmetics onto the line because I'm never a true makeup wearer. The main reason is because I simply hate that feeling of wearing a mask. So here I am and have been playing with various natural ingredients and creating different formulas to develop the kind of makeup that I'd wear; the one that is just like the second skin. The kind that I could go to sleep with and the kind that is not only making me look good, but feel good as well as improving my skin. I have found it and it is here.

♥ HOW I RUN PURE LIPS -
If you look around my shop, you will see I use the simpliest packaging possible. Over the years I've been asked why glasses packaging is not being used, and the most simple answer I could give; is the cost - the cost to buy it and the cost to ship it. I do not wish to leave that burden to customers. With that being said, my goal is to minimize shipping cost and concentrate on the thing that matters most - the ingredients. My shop does not offer free shipping often and does not build the shipping cost into the price tag. What you see is what you get.

I have an open door policy, so please do ask me anything you'd like to know. Pure Lips is transparent; what you see online, is what you will get. All ingredients are declared so you can make an informed decision to get the best products for yourself or your loved ones.
