Frequently asked questions
Turn Around Time
Current turn around time for custom and personalized items is 1-3 business days. Weekends and Holidays are not included in this time frame.
Payment Options
All payments are made thru PayPal. Its quick, easy, secure and you don't need a PayPal account to process payment. Please note that PayPal will allow you to pay with your credit or debit card without having a PayPal account. Store Hours
Purple Confetti Papers works Monday thru Friday during normal business hours.
All orders fall within a 24 to 72 hour delivery period based on a business work week (Mon - Fri).
Orders that are received on a Thursday or Friday should not be expected to be delivered until Monday of the following week, though turn around can be sooner.
Orders may be filled during weekends and off hours based on availability.
Please be mindful of time differences when placing your orders. Purple Confetti Papers is located on East Coast, USA and follows EST.

Your Etsy Email Account
Printables are sent to the email listed during the Etsy sale transaction. If you would like them to be sent to a different email address, please include a message in the note to seller box.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the nature of the product, refunds are not offered. If you have any questions regarding your purchased, please contact me via an Etsy Convo and I will do my best to resolve any issues you may have.
Custom and personalized orders
Please note custom listing fees will be between $3 and $10 depending on product and amount of changes requested.
All additional fees will be discussed up front during the custom design process. Reserved listings will be posted with the custom fee included. Any additional changes requested AFTER reserved listing purchase may be subject to additional custom listing fees.
Please understand that I do best to work with you as much as possible, however once change/design is agreed upon AND purchased, additional requests result in time spent. Please be sure all changes and design requests are done as you desire PRIOR to purchase. This makes working together easier for all of us :)
