I have always had a love for crafting. I guess one could say it is in my blood, my father owned his own florist for 30 years. Most would think oh man gotta go to work with dad again, not me! I was always thinking of a new idea or project I wanted to create for the day. I had unlimited, paint glitter, flowers, pipe cleaners, ribbons and balloons at my disposal. All major school projects were made at his flower shop, there was tons of room and it was totally okay to make a mess and get glitter and paint on the floor. I still have my Styrofoam cut out football helmet from the 7th grade book day, my book was Crash. Of course what would I even remotely know about football, I was more mad I got assigned that book. I remember to this day working with dad and his designers cutting out my foot ball helmet, so I could write the story plot on it. Who says there can be any glitter while discussing football.
I was never really interested in the flower part but I always wanted to make something. I had creative ideas how to make flowers come alive or make them more child friendly. I would add silly glue on eyes and bows and started of making the flowers talk to each other.
I have other passions other than arts and crafts, I love being on the water or going to the beach. I do not like to see that area dirty so I always have a garbage bag ready at hand. Some times I even find things I can re-purpose and make crafts out of. I am a big lover of drift wood and see glass, sea stones.
If you have any questions or have ideas you want to discuss please feel free to reach out! I gotta get back to crafting now! :-)
