Production time
All products in Purplemay Jewellery are carefully handmade in our Melbourne Studio. Since each piece is made-to-order, we ask that you allow 7-10 business days (excluding weekends) before we ship your order. If you need to meet a certain deadline or need expedited shipping, we may be able to accommodate your request. Please contact us for more details.

Rush Order
We are happy to accommodate rush orders for domestic and international customers. Please contact us before you place your order to ensure that we can accommodate your deadline. All rush orders are subject to a rush fee for expedited service and require an upgrade to fastest shipping method.
If a stock piece is available in your desired style/metal choice but in a different size, we are happy to offer a one-time resizing service with re-sizing charges. Please contact us for our ready-to-ship stock availability.
Warranty
At PurpleMay we pride ourselves on quality product and excellent customer service!
Our guarantee covers any defect caused by faulty materials or workmanship. Ring re-sizing is free of charge within first year of purchase. The range of re-sizing is 2 Australian sizes up and down.
Our guarantee does not cover defects relating to general wear and tear, scratching, damage caused by accidents, neglect or misuse, or any resulting loss of the item or precious stones from the item. If the item has been repaired or modified by someone other than ourselves the guarantee is void.
In the rare event of a problem, please inform us and bring back your piece as soon as possible for inspection.
Returns Policy
Products marked sale cannot be returned. Items with personal engraving cannot be returned. Worn, altered or damaged merchandise cannot be returned. Bespoke, custom, and made to order items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. However, a resizing / alteration service is available. Shipping costs are to be covered by customers.
Care instructions
- Jewellery storage is important. At the time of purchase, all PurpleMay Jewellery is wrapped in a protective jewellery box, case or tarnish-resistant pouch. Between wearings, we recommend that you place it back in its original case or another suitably lined box or pouch.Try to keep pieces apart so they don't rub together.
- Your jewellery will age and tarnish naturally so if you want to keep your pieces in pristine condition, clean your jewellery regularly, using a professional jewellery cleaning product.
- Many stones such as amethyst, emerald, kunzite, opal, pearl, peridot, tanzanite and tourmaline are very delicate and easily abraded. Enamel can also chip or scratch when struck.
Payment Plan
Payment plan is available for all purchases. We are also happy to extend a layaway option to customers that wish to pay in installments. Please contact us if you would like to set up a payment plan before purcharsing your item.
