These Terms of Use govern the use of digital images created by Purposeful Scribbles (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, downloading, or using any digital image from Purposeful Scribbles, you agree to these terms.
Ownership and Copyright
All digital images created by Purposeful Scribbles are the intellectual property of Purposeful Scribbles and are protected by copyright laws. Purchase or download of a digital image does not transfer ownership of the copyright to you.
Permitted Uses
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased digital images for the following purposes:
• Personal Use (e.g., home decor, personal projects).
• Limited Commercial Use
• Incorporating the image into digital products (e.g., website graphics, social media content, branding materials).
• Using the image on physical merchandise (e.g., apparel, mugs, accessories) EXCLUDING prints, posters, or standalone art reproductions.
Prohibited Uses
You may NOT:
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the original digital image in its original digital form.
• Use the image for commercially selling prints, posters, or standalone art reproductions.
• Allow others to use the image for commercial purposes.
• Claim the image as your own work.
• Use the image in any way that infringes on the rights of Purposeful Scribbles or violates any laws.
• Use the image for any obscene, defamatory, or unlawful purposes.
Attribution
Attribution is not required, but it is appreciated when possible (e.g., tagging Purposeful Scribbles on social media).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Purposeful Scribbles harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the digital images in violation of these terms.
Termination
Purposeful Scribbles reserves the right to terminate the license if these terms are violated. Upon termination, you must cease using and delete all copies of the digital images.
No Warranty
All digital images are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website or notifying you directly.
