Frequently asked questions
How do I go about printing my downloads?
You have 3 options to print the digital files:
1. Print instantly at home
2. Take or email the files to your local printer or photo printing shop like Staples or Office Depot
3. Upload the files to an online printing service like Printful - https://bit.ly/2HXWaE9
Where do I go to download my digital files once purchased?
To access your digital files, go to You > Purchases and reviews and look for the order.
To the right of the order, click Download Files. This will then take you to a downloads page where you can access your files.
What type of paper do you recommend printing on?
I recommend printing on Matte or Glossy. Matte will be a more natural feel while glossy will make the image pop for more vibrancy
Can I have a file size that is not listed?
Yes! Message me your preferred size and I will email you a downloadable file within 24 hours.
Why did I receive a text file?
Please copy and paste the link in the text file in your web browser. This will take you to a google drive folder with the image downloads
