How PyreSound3D started
This brand started with a simple DIY project and a problem that needed solving. While building a custom speaker box with a set of 6x9s, I noticed the weight of the speakers kept making the box fall over. I searched everywhere for lid stops or supports that could help, but came up empty-handed.
Around the same time, I had just picked up a 3D printer and was teaching myself how to use 3D modeling software. Armed with a set of calipers and a lot of trial and error, I went through about a dozen different designs before landing on the version that actually worked.
What began as a fix for my own speaker project turned into something bigger—the first product that would launch Pyresound3D. From there, the idea grew into designing stable, durable feet and supports that keep cases, boxes, and gear balanced no matter where you set them down.
Today, Pyresound3D continues to grow out of that same spirit: solving real problems with practical designs, and creating reliable upgrades for DIYers, builders, and everyday users alike.
And here’s a fun fact: the name PyreSound3D was inspired by my large Great Pyrenees dogs that are always at my feet when im building things in the garage.
