QLSHandels

The screws are unfortunately of poor quality; the threads wear out quickly, and the appropriate wrench is missing. Furthermore, there are no assembly instructions (although assembly is simple, instructions would have been helpful). The wood is well-made, but over €60 is too much for this level of service.

I initially received the wrong package for a cat ladder, intended for 3m instead of 4m. My request for help was responded to very quickly, and within a week a second package was delivered with the missing materials. Mistakes are human, but the very fast and efficient service is top-notch. Beautiful quality wood of a sturdy caliber and well finished.

Great produkt 🤩 the only things there is missing , is the assembly drawings. I am very for my purchase 👍 Thanks

Excellent product and fantastic customer service, 👏 👌

The item fully complies with the description.

Fast delivery, package damaged on arrival but the item was well protected. No complaints. Good design! Perfect

Everything as described - I'm very satisfied

The perfect solution for our garden. Excellent value for money. The only issue was that the siphon listed in the description wasn't the same as the one delivered. However, I found a solution for installation.

We are very satisfied, good quality, friendly service.

The frame is great, but the packaging... speechless. The package arrived completely destroyed; the cardboard box almost fell apart and was nowhere near strong enough for the weight of the frame.
